As part of the service, you have the option to have an automatic reminder text sent to a mobile number of your choosing; not only as a reminder we’ll be coming, but also to kindly request that any access to rear windows be free for us to come through and clean the windows, such as back or side gates being unlocked.
If any changes are made to your schedule, be it 4-weekly, 8-weekly or other, we’ll always communicate these changes to you to ensure they also work for you.
