Dust build-up can quickly make a space look neglected, so our simple and organised task lists for our all in house cleaners ensure nothing is overlooked.
Common Touch Point Cleaning
Door handles, entry panels, light switches, handrails, lift buttons — these high-contact areas require attention to remove fingerprints and marks. We prioritise sanitising common touch points to maintain hygiene standards and give residents peace of mind.
General Wiping
Internal doors, frames, post boxes, and general surfaces are wiped down as standard on various frequencies depending on the need for them. Marks and smudges are removed before they become permanent features.
Vacuuming
We use cordless vacuum cleaners across all sites for efficiency and quality, paired with corded Numatic and Henry vacuums where required. This allows us to work efficiently and safely in stairwells and communal areas without trailing cables. Carpets and mats are vacuumed thoroughly to maintain appearance and extend their lifespan.
Sweeping and Mopping
Hard floors are swept and mopped using good equipment and appropriate mixtures of cleaning solutions. Entrances, staircases, and stair nosings receive particular attention, especially during wet or muddy seasons.
